+66 BST can be given.
An Evolution would be the best.
A Mega is possible with some stat boost, but Vespiquen already has a huge gap from Combee.
2.Should Vespiquen get more abilities?
Poison Heal would be perfect, but Queenly Majesty can also work.
3.Should Vespiquen get more moves?
Stored Power would be great.
4.What additional typing Vespiquen can have?
Dark, Normal and Poison are options.
