1.Stats: Should Pelipper get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
+15 BST to match Swellow would be cool.
What Pelipper really needs is an evolution, however.
A Mega would be useless, really.
2.Should Pelipper get more abilities?
Pelipper already has three abilities, but if it were to get more, Pickup and Water Absorb would be nice.
3.Should Pelipper get more moves?
Probably. Belch would be fun to use.
4.What additional typing Pelipper can have?
Ice, Dark and Normal are the obvious options.
