How to improve: 131: Lapras

1.Stats: Should Lapras get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Lapras cannot get much more stats.

Lapras cannot really evolve further outside of a stat redistribution.

A Mega would be cool.

2.Should Lapras get more abilities?

Refrigrate would be nice.

3.Should Lapras get more moves?

Lapras should get Recover or Slack Off.

4.What additional typing Lapras can have?

Electric, Dragon and Psychic are obvious options.
