1.Stats: Should Sawk get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Sawk's BST is 465, which is 10 more than Hitmons' 455. This makes it unlikely  gain any stat boost, though hypothetically if it were allowed to it can get 75 BST.

Sawk's BST is similar to that of Magneton, so an evolution would make sense.

A Mega would not work, even if Sawk is decently min-maxed.

2.Should Sawk get more abilities?

Sawk has okay abilities, but nothing too out of the ordinary. Some other options would include:
