1.Stats: Should Chimecho get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Chimecho has gained significant boost in the last games, around 30. This gives Chimecho around 170 BST gap from Chingling. Chimecho can get at most around 485 BST, which would make it close to Musharna.
An evolution, despite the stat boost, is obviously more fitting for the species, as it can get around 85 BST.
A Mega would not work, even with an absurd typing or ability.
2.Should Chimecho get more abilities?
Yes. Chimecho has only one ability, Levitate. Additional options could be:
