1.Stats: Should Qwilfish get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Qwilfish already got a +10 stat boost, but even then it can get at maximum +100 BST.
Qwilfish currently has the same BST as Vigoroth and Seadra, which makes it perfect for an evolution.
Only in a Mega Beedrill manner can a Mega Qwilfish work.
2.Should Qwilfish get more abilities?
Qwilfish has good abilities, but other options would include Adaptability, Aftermath, Anticipation and Water Absorb.

Bug, Normal, Ghost are the obvious ones. Ice and Dark are the less obvious ones. Electric is the least likeliest.
