Let's discuss potential evolutions, pre-evolutions and mid-evolutions for single and two staged Pokémon lines according to their weight and height, p1

Potential pre-evolutions according to weight and height:

Munchlax: Despite being a Baby Pokémon, Munchlax has BST comparable to early second stage Pokémon of three stage mons, 390, and has very large weight of 105.0 kg and roughly decent 0.6 m. This could be used for a pre-evolution.

Munchlax's relative rarity has also not helped matters, but it certainly made Snorlax more common.

A mid-evo can also work, as Snorlax is very large and heavy, about 2.1 m and 460 kg with 150 BST gap, but Munchlax is already as powerful as it is.

Mantyke: Despite being a Baby Pokémon, Mantyke is 1.0 m long and 65.0 kg heavy. Much like Munchlax, it also has a large BST, 345, and a fairly rare species that made its rare evolution even more common.

Mantyke is a bit harder to make a baby of, as it is already a young manta ray. One possibility would be to make it a newborn manta, which would be much smaller.

Gligar: Gligar is 1.1 m long and 64.8 kg. It also has 430 BST.

While Gligar is not particularly rare or late obtained anymore, it is still very heavy, large and powerful to justify a pre-evolution.

A mid-evo doesn't make much sense, as Gliscor is 2.0 m and 42.5 kg. It is acceptably larger than Gligar, it is lighter than Gligar and it has 510 BST and evolves with leveling up with an item.

Sneasel: Sneasel is 0.9m and 28.0 kg, and has 430 BST.

Sneasel is fairly long and heavy, so a pre-evo makes sense. While much like Gligar Sneasel isn't rare anymore, it is still encountered late and in specific areas. A pre-evo would allow earlier encounter and just make sense in general.

Lickitung: Lickitung goes from 1.2 m and 65.5 kg to 1.7 m and 140.0 kg. The line has 130 BST gap.

While Lickilicky gets significant weight, Lickitung is effectively a second stage Pokémon with 385 BST, so a pre-evo is more than justified.

Seel: Seel is fairly large, about 1.1 m and heavy, about 90.0 kg*, making it a very large base mon. It is also a mid-game Pokémon, encountered late in the game. So, a pre-evolution can work.

The problem is, Seel is already based off a baby white seal, so a baby form must be a newborn of sorts, possibly lacking its horn and looking similar to Popplio or Spheal. It should also have low BST, as Seel has 325 BST, which is very small.

*Though Seel is mistakenly written as 19.0 kg in TCG cards.

Yanma:Yanma has 1.2 m and 38.0 kg and goes to 1.9 m and 51.5 kg.

While Yanmega is large, the BST difference between Yanma and Yanmega is just 125 BST, and Yanma is heavy, long and powerful as sh**.

Yanma also biologically makes sense to have a pre-evo, specifically a dragonfly nymph.

Doduo: 1.4 m and 39.2 kg to 1.8m and 85.2 kg, Doduo is more likely to get a pre-evo for its large size and weight, as well as rarity(well, it is not rare in Pokémon GO or Johto, but that's beside the point).

Doduo's two heads are also said to be a sudden mutation, implying it is a result of evolution. The problem is, Doduo has 310 BST, so a pre-evolution must have small BST, around 280 or 250, and become an early route Pokémon, which is a bit oxymoronic as Doduo appears in Route 5 in Kalos.

Potential pre-evolutions or mid-evolutions according to weight and height:

Tyrunt: Tyrunt goes from 0.8 m to 2.5 m and 26.0 kg to 270.0 kg. While a 10 times weight increase is not too odd, the extent of the weight and height change is ridiculous. Tyrantrum also has 521 BST, comparable that of a mid-game three stager.

However, Tyrunt is also a fairly large Pokémon with a BST of 361, similar to that of Lombre. So a pre-evolution can also work out, though obviously that would probably be biologically contradictory to T-Rex's life cycle.

Zorua: Zorua goes from 0.7m to 1.6 m and 12.5 kg to 81.1 kg. As Zorua is decently large, it can get a Pichu/Azurill-esque pre-evo, but alternatively it can have a 380-410 BST mid-evolution, as the weight change from Zorua to Zoroark is large, and body height(ignoring tails)difference is quite large.

Amaura: Amaura goes from 1.3 m and 25.2 kg to 2.7 m and 225.0 kg. Much like Tyrantrum, Aurorus has 521 BST.

However, Amaura is also fairly large. So a pre-evolution can work, though it would also see the same issue as a possible pre-evo to Tyrunt.

Frillish: Frillish goes from 1.2 m and 33.0 kg to 2.2m and 135.0 kg. Jellicent is gigantic and heavy, and the BST gap between stages is is 145, and the level gap is 40. The gap is large, but it is large as any other two stage Pokémon. But on the other hand, Frillish is heavy and large, and has 335 BST. It is also decent with Eviolite, or was in PO NU. So, while a mid-stage makes sense, a pre-evo might make more sense.

In contrast, while Jellicent has stats for an evolution, 480 BST, it is too large and heavy to logically get one.

Tentacool: Going from 0.9 m and 45.5 kg to 1.6 m and 55.0 kg, Tentacool makes a good mid-evo, so a pre-evo could work.

However, Tentacruel evolves fairly early at Level 30, Tentacool is 335 BST powerful, and the BST gap is 180, so a mid-evolution would make more sense on paper. However, Tentacool is, by nature, encountered mid-game, and there is less of an idea of a mid-evo, than a pre-evo with single crystal or smaller tentacles.

Skiddo: Skiddo goes from 0.9 m to 1.7m, 31.0 kg to 91.0 kg, Level 32 and has 181 BST gap.

Skiddo has 350 BST, comparable to Lombre. And it is very large and heavy. So a pre-evolution can work, even if it is biologically impossible.

Skiddo has massive BST gap and significant size and weight gap. So a middle evolution can work, though Level 32 is uncommon for three stage Pokémon, predominantly used for Grass-type starters. Though granted Gogoat is essentially a starter Pokémon, so.

Mienfoo: Mienfoo goes from 0.9 m and 20.0 kg to 1.4 m and 35.5 kg. As the height and weight are not too divergent, one might think a pre-evolution rather than an mid-evo might work better. However, Mienfoo evolves at Level 50 which is too high and has 160 BST which is decently high. Mienfoo's high 350 BST(one BST lower than Krokorok's 351 BST) and late appearance does provide possibility of a pre-evo, however.

Darumaka: Darumaka goes from 0.6 m and 37.5 kg to 1.3 m and 92.9 kg. Though the line doesn't diverge much, the difference is significant. But the BST gap is only 165, even if Darumaka evolves at Level 35.

Darumaka is also somewhat large and heavy, so a pre-evo is not out of question, but it is way too powerless, having only 315 BST, which is comparable to Rattata.

Darmanitan Zen Mode is about as powerful as a three stage mon, however.

Munna: Munna goes from 0.6 m and 23.3 kg to 1.1 m and 60.5 kg, but has 195 BST gap.So, a Pichu-like pre-evolution might work for cuteness sake, and because of Munna's statistics, though its primary BST is too low, or a mid-stage, though Musharna doesn't diverge much from Munna.

Best option would be to buff Munna to 300+ BST.

Ponyta: Ponyta goes from 1.0 m and 30.0 kg to 1.7 and 95.0 kg.

While the height change is not significant, weight change is. Rapidash evolves at Level 40, and Ponyta is available early in DPPt, so a mid-stage can balance this line.

However, Ponyta has 410 BST, and is pretty rare. In addition, Ponyta's dex entry refers its weakness as a newborn, which does not exist for the Ponyta itself, implying a Baby pre-evo. Ponyta also doesn't completely represent a newborn horse, but rather an adult pony.

Litleo: Litleo goes from 0.6 m and 13.5 kg to 1.5 m and 81.5 kg. It evolves at Level 35 and has 138 BST gap.

Litleo's BST is 369, higher than of Luxio's, 363, who evolves at Level 30. By this logic, Litleo should have a pre-evo, but Luxio is 0.9 m and 30.5 kg, whereas Shinx is 0.5 m and 9.5 kg, more comparable to Litleo.

Instead, Litleo's evolutionary line would make more sense with a mid-evo, but it would not be too helpful as the stat gap is not large at all.

Staryu: Staryu goes from 0.8 m to 34.5 kg and 1.1 m and 80.0 kg. The line has 180 BST gap.

Staryu has large height and weight, so a pre-evo can work. The stage also has decently large 340 BST, comparable to Nuzleaf.

Starmie gains significant weight and BST, so a mid-evo can work, but since it is a sudden evolution, that's not too necessary.

Bronzor: Bronzor goes from 0.5 m and 60.5 kg to 1.3 m and 187.0 kg and has Level 33 evolution and 200 BST gap.

With its significant height and weight gain, and decent BST increase, a 400 BST mid-evo makes perfect sense.

However, unlike its counterpart Baltoy, Bronzor is also decently heavy and large, so a pre-evo can also work.

Clamperl: Clamperl goes from 0.4 m and 52.5 kg to 1.7 m and 27.0 kg(Huntail)/1.8m and 22.6 kg(Gorebyss). The line gains 140 BST.

Clamperl is heavy as sh**, so a pre-evo can work.

Huntail and Gorebyss gain significant amount of length and lose significant weight, so a mid-evo can work, though it is harder to justify as BST gap is not large and evolutions are by nature sudden.

Snover: Snover is 1.0 m and 50.5 kg and goes to 2.2 m and 135.5 kg. It has 160 BST and evolves at Level 40.

Snover is effectively a middle evolution, and has 334 BST, so a seed based pre-evo would be great, especially since Snover is a late-game mon.

Snover gains significant eight and weight and has decent BST gap, so a mid-evo can also work.

Bergmite: Bergmite is 1.0 m and 99.5 kg to 2.0 m and 505.0 kg. It evolves at Level 37 and has 210 BST gap.

The line has significant gap to more than justify a middle-evo.

However, Bergmite's height and weight are similar to that of a second stage Pokémon, but a pre-evo must have little stats, as Bergmite has 304 BST.

Potential  mid-evolutions according to weight and height:

Dwebble:  Dwebble goes from 14.5 kg to 200.0 kg and 0.3 m to 1.4 m. This change occurs primarily because of Crustle's crust, but ignoring that,  a case for a mid-evolution can be made. Dwebble evolves decently long at Level 34, and goes from 325 to 475 BST. Nonetheless, the status changes will likely be less, if any shell-less Crustle and Dwebble forms are introduced. So, that might be a better route to go.

Baltoy:   Baltoy(21.5 kg) goes to Claydol(107.9 kg), Baltoy has 0.5 m and Claydol has 1.5 m. Baltoy has 300 BST, Claydol has 500 BST. Baltoy evolves at Level 36, comparable to many starters and Pidgeot.

A middle stage around 380-410 BST, ideally 400, is feasible.

Noibat: Noibat goes from 0.5 m to 1.5 m and 8.0 kg to 8.5 kg. Noibat to Noivern also has significant level and BST gap(Level 48 and 290 BST gap).

A mid-evo is almost necessary, if there is no additional evolution method introduced.

Trubbish: Trubbish goes from 0.6m to 1.6 m and 31.0 kg to 107.3 kg. As size difference is quite large, and Level is 36, a mid-evo can be put in between. The problem is, the level gap for Garbodor is not large, only 145 BST, which is standard for a two stage Pokémon.

Snorunt: Snorunt goes from 16.8 to 256.5 kg and 0.7 m to 1.5 m. The line has 180 BST gap and evolves at Level 42.

A mid-evo, possibly for both Froslass(1.3 m and 26.6 kg) and Glalie can work, but Froslass is a stone evolution, both evolutions are 480 BST, and Glalie cannot evolve, due to having a Mega Evolution. So I dunno.

Wooper: Wooper goes from 8.5 kg to 75.0 kg, 0.4 to 1.4 m and has 220 BST gap. The problem is, Quagsire evolves at Level 20 and has 430 BST.

So, while a middle evolution makes perfect sense, it doesn't provide much. But it makes perfect sense. A 100 BST boost to Wooper might be better though.

Gulpin: Gulpin goes from 0.4 m to 1.7 m, 10.3 kg to 80.0 kg and has 165 BST gap. It however, evolves at Level 26 and has 467 BST. So, while a mid-evo makes sense, it doesn't provide much. But +20-30 BST to Gulpin might be better.

Hippopotas:  Hippopotas goes from 49.5 kg to 300.0 kg, 0.8 m to 2.0 m, has 195 BST gap and evolves at Level 34.

Outside of its somewhat low evolution level, and the late encounter of Hippopotas, there is little reason for it to not have a mid-stage.

Phanpy:  Phanpy goes from 0.5 m and 33.5 kg to 1.1 m and 120.0 kg. While Donphan doesn't grow very large, it grows very heavy. The line also has 170 BST gap, though it evolves at Level 24, which is incredibly early.

Phanpy-line is also encountered fairly late, meaning it will be close to evolution if not available as an evolution. So, a middle evolution with later final evolution date can work. Or it can be made more available early on.

Yamask: 0.5 m and 1.5 kg to 1.7 m and 76.5 kg, and with 180 BST gap, and a Level 34 evolution phase, a middle stage for Yamask is probably more than necessary.

The problem for original BW was until the mid-game the player did not return to Relic Castle, hence why Yamask has one evolution, but that's probably not too important.

Skrelp: Skrelp goes from 0.5 m and 7.2 kg to 1.8 m and 81.5 kg. The line has 174 BST and 48 Level gap.

Outside of its connection to Clauncher and status as a Good Rod mon, it is perfect for a middle stage.

Golett: Golett goes from 1.0 m and 92.0 kg to 2.8 m and 330.0 kg and has 180 BST and 43 Level gap.

While Golett's initial stats are huge, Golett only has 303 BST, which is way too low for a pre-evo. However, the gap between Golett and Golurk is perfect for a middle evo.

Natu: 0.2 m and 2.0 kg to 1.2 m and 15.0 kg, Xatu's gained weight is not too high, but the height difference is ridiculous. However, BST gap is 150 and it evolves at Level 25. So an evolution might be better if it weren't for the height difference, and the fact that an evolution Xatu must either be not too long in wingspan, or massively long, around 2.0 metres.

Growlithe: Growlithe goes from 0.7 m  and 19.0 kg to 1.9 m and 155.0 kg. The line also has 205 BST gap.

The change in height and weight are too high, so is the BST change, so a middle evo makes sense. However, Growlithe's evolution is sudden as a stone evolution, and it is a version counterpart to Vulpix-line, which does not need a mid-evo(though they need a pre-evo due to lore reasons).

Shellder: Shellder goes from 0.3 m and 4.0 kg to 1.5 m and 132.5 kg. The line also has 220 BST gap.

The change in height and weight are too high, so is the BST change, so a middle evo makes sense. However, Shellder's evolution is sudden as a stone evolution, and it is a version counterpart to Staryu-line, which would work better with a pre-evo than a mid-evo.

Exeggcute: Exeggcute goes from 0.4 m and 2.5 kg to 2.0 m and 120.0 kg. The line has 195 BST gap.

The change in height and weight are too high, so is the BST change, so a middle evo makes sense. However, Shellder's evolution is sudden as a stone evolution.

Inkay: Inkay goes from 0.4 m and 3.5 kg to 1.5 m and 47.0 kg. The line has 194 BST and evolves at Level 30.

Ignoring the odd evolution method and its low level, Malamar's stats allow for a mid-evo, but it is not too necessary.

Electrike: Electrike goes from 0.6 m and 15.6 kg to 1.5 m and 40.5 kg. The line evolves at Level 26 and has 180 BST gap.

As the line gains too much height, and decent amount of BST, a Luxio-like 360 BST mid-evo can be introduced. This is not necessary however.

Houndour: Houndour goes from 0.6 m and 10.8 kg to 1.4 m and 35.0 kg. The line evolves at Level 24 and has 170 BST gap.

As the line gains too much height, and decent amount of BST,  a Gothorita-like 390 BST mid-evo can be introduced. This is not necessary however.

Swablu: Swablu goes from 0.4 m and 1.2 kg to 1.1 m and 20.6 kg. The line evolves at Level 35 and 180 BST gap.

The line gains too much height, and has decent level and BST gap, so a mid-evo can work. This is not necessary, however.

Numel: Numel goes from 0.7 m and 24.0 kg to 1.9 m and 220.0 kg. The line evolves at Level 33 and has 155 BST gap.

Numel has ridiculous height and weight gain, so a mid-evo can work. But Camerupt has too low BST to properly justify it.

Carvanha: Carvanha goes from 0.8 m and 20.8 kg to 1.8 m and 88.8 kg. The line evolves at Level 30 and has 155 BST.

Much like Numel, Carvanha has ridiculous height and weight gain, so a mid-evo can work. But Sharpedo has too low BST to properly to justify it.

Sentret: Sentret goes from 0.8 m and 6.0 kg to 1.8 m and 32.5 kg, evolves at Level 15 and has 200 BST.

With its large BST gap and height and weight gap, a mid-evo can work for Sentret. But since it evolves too early, that's not too necessary.

Pancham: Pancham goes from 0.6 m and 8.0 kg to 2.1 m and 136.0 kg. The line evolves at Level 32 and has 147 BST gap.

While BST gap is not too big, the height and weight differences are significant enough to justify a mid-evo.

Teddiursa: Teddiursa goes from 0.6 m and 8.8 kg to 1.8 m and 125.8 kg. The line evolves at Level 30 and has 170 BST gap.

While level gap is not too big, everything else is big enough to justify a mid-evo.

Cubchoo: Cubchoo 0.5 m and 8.5 kg to 2.6 m and 260.0 kg. It evolves at Level 37 and has 180 BST gap.

A middle evolution is more than justified.

Potential evolution or pre-evolutions according to weight and height:

Spoink-Grumpig: Spoink goes from 0.7m and 30.6 kg to 0.9 m and 71.5 kg. The line evolves at Level 34 and has a 140 BST gap.

Spoink is quite heavy and tall for a pre-evo, which can be used as a justification for a 250 something BST pre-evo.

Grumpig, on the other hand, is quite short and not too heavy, and has low BST, so an evo can work.

Despite their morphological differences, the stages are too similar statically to justify a mid-evo.

Croagunk-Toxicroak: Croagunk goes from 0.7 m and 23.0 kg to 1.3m and 44.4 kg, evolves at Level 37 and has 190 BST gap.

Croagunk is fairly large, so a pre-evo can work, possibly a tadpole.

The BST gap between Croagunk and Toxicroak is large, but height and weight do not change much.

Toxicroak is not particularly large or heavy, so an evolution can work.

Aipom-Ambipom: Aipom goes from 0.8m and 11.5 kg to 1.2 m and 20.3 kg. There is a 122 BST gap.

The gap between Aipom and Ambipom is not large enough to justify a mid-evo, but Aipom is very long and has 360 BST, so a pre-evo can work. Similarly, Ambipom is fairly light, so an evo can also work.

Potential evolutions or mid-evolutions according to weight and height:

Finneon-Lumineon: Finneon goes from 0.4 m and 7.0 kg to 1.2 m and 24.0 kg. Finneon evolves at Level 31 and has 130 BST gap.

Finneon has large height gap, so a mid-evo can work.

Lumineon has low weight and mediocre height, so an evo can work.

Rufflet-Braviary: Rufflet goes from 0.5 m and 10.5 kg to 1.5 m and 41.0 kg. The line evolves at Level 54 and has 160 BST gap.

Rufflet gains significant height, and evolves too late, so a mid-evo can work. This also makes thematic sense, as Rufflet is a baby, while Braviary is a full grown adult.

Rufflet also has decent height and weight, as well as 350 BST, so a pre-evo can work, possibly a Tyrogue-esque pre-evo to connect both it and Vullaby.

Vullaby-Mandibuzz: Vullaby goes from 0.5 m and 9. kg to 1.2 m and 39.5 kg. The line evolves at Level 54 and has 160 BST gap.

Vullaby gains significant height, and evolves too late, so a mid-evo can work. This also makes thematic sense, as Vullaby is a baby, while Mandibuzz is a full grown adult.

Vullaby also has decent height and weight, as well as 350 BST, so a pre-evo can work, possibly a Tyrogue-esque pre-evo to connect both it and Rufflet.

Potential evolutions, pre-evolutions or mid-evolutions according to weight and height:

Glameow-Purugly: Glameow goes from 3.9 kg to 43.8 kg, 0.5 m to 1.0 m.Glameow barely has a chance of a Skitty-esque pre-evolution, and Purugly barely has a chance of a mid-evolution, as it evolves very late, at Level 38. However, Purugly's stats are close to Dusclops', 30.6 kg and 1.6 m. So an evolution would be much better, especially as Glameow goes from 310 to 452 BST.

Cacnea-Cacturne: 0.4 m to 1.3 m. 51.3 kg to 77.4 kg. Cacnea evolves at Level 32 and has 140 BST.

Cacnea is heavy as sh**. So a pre-evo might work. However, only a 200 something pre-evo can work, like Budew.

Cacnea to Cacturne. Weight doesn't change much, neither does BST. But height does, so, an mid-evo maybe?

Cacturne has 475, which would be closer to Gen IV evo mons like Electabuzz. It is large, but not too large. And its heavy, but not too heavy.

Deerling-Sawsbuck: Deerling goes from 0.6 m and 19.5 kg to 1.9 m and 92.5 kg. It evolves at Level 34, going from 335 BST to 475 BST.

Sawsbuck's BST is very low and its evolution is very high, so an evolution can work. Though its height is too large, so increase must be on its weight.

The height and weight gap between the line is very high, so a mid-evo would really work.

Deerling is decently heavy and large, so a pre-evolution can work, though biologically would be difficult.

Drowzee-Hypno: Drowzee goes from 1.0 m and 32.6 kg to 1.6 m and 75.6 kg.

Hypno is quite tall and heavy, so a mid-evo can work. But it also evolves early, at Level 26, and has 483 BST, so an evolution can work.

Drowzee is very tall and heavy, and generally rare, but has 328 BST, and is available fairly early, so a pre-evolution can only be made similar to Azurill/Pichu/Cleffa etc.

Snubbull-Granbull: Snubbull goes from 0.6 m and 7.8 kg to 1.4 and 48.7 kg. The line evolves at Level 23 and has 150 BST gap.

As the line gains too much height, a mid-evo can work.

As Snubbull is fairly tall for a cute mon, a Cleffa-like pre-evo can work.

As Granbull has low BST and is not too heavy, an evo can work.

Pawniard-Bisharp:  Pawniard goes from 0.5 m and 10.2 kg to 1.6 m and 70.0 kg. The line evolves at Level 52 and has 140 BST gap.

The line gains a lot of height, and a fair amount of weight, and it evolves very late, so a middle-evo can work.

As Pawniard is encountered very late, and has fairly decent BST of 340, a Mime Jr.-like pre-evo can work.

As Bisharp is not too heavy for a Steel-type and has low BST and high evolution level, an evolution can work.

Blitzle-Zebstrika: Blitzle goes from 0.8 m and 29.8 kg to 1.6 m and 79.5 kg, the line has Level 27 and 202 BST gap.

With the BST gap and height and weight gap, a mid-evo can work.

With Blitzle's height and weight, a pre-evo can work, but that would be statistically difficult, and biologically impossible.

Zebstrika is not too high or heavy, and has low BST, so an evo can work.

Paras-Parasect: Paras goes from 0.3 m and 5.4 kg to 1.0 m and 29.5 kg. The line has 120 BST gap and evolves at Level 21.

Paras and Parasect's height difference is too high, so a mid-evo can work.

As Parasect is effectively a starter mid-evo, an evolution can also work.

Lines where additions do not make sense much:

Drilbur-Excadrill: Drilbur goes from 0.3 m and 8.5 kg to 0.7 m and 40.4 kg. It evolves at Level 31 and has 180 BST gap.

Drilbur's high BST can justify a pre-evo, but it is too small to have one.

The gap between Drilbur and Excadrill is significant for BST and level, but the other statistics are too similar.

Excadrill's low weight and height justifies an evo, but it has too much BST to justify an evo.

Grimer-Muk: Grimer goes from 0.9 m and 30.0 kg to 1.2 m and 30.0 kg. The line evolves at Level 38 and has 175 BST gap.

The gap between Grimer and Muk is not large enough to justify a mid-evo.

Muk is too powerful to have an evo, even if it is not too large and heavy.

Grimer's height might justify a pre-evo, but its stats are too low to make it work properly.

Slowpoke-Slowbro-Slowking: Slowpoke goes from 1.2 m and 36.0 kg to 1.6m and 78.5 kg/2.0 m and 79.5 kg(Slowking)  The line evolves at Level 37 and has 175 BST gap.

While the height gap between Slowking and Slowpoke is large, Slowking is by nature a sudden evolution.

The gap between Slowbro and Slowpoke does not justify a mid-evo, despite significant BST gap.

Slowpoke's height and weight are comparable to some second stage Pokémon, but it has too low BST to justify that, not to mention it is a bit biologically improbable.

Lines where additions do not make sense much but I want anyways:

Riolu-Lucario: Riolu goes from 0.7 m and 20.2 kg to 1.2 m and 54.0 kg. The line has 240 BST gap.

Riolu has decent height and weight so a pre-evo makes sense on paper, but Riolu only has 285 BST, too low to justify that.

Lucario is not too large or heavy, but it has a Mega evo and has high BST, so an evo cannot work.

The statistics do not change much through evolution, so an mid-evo cannot be really justified, but I want to see a mid-evo because I think it will balance the BST gap between spaces, give us a great wild species, and something to abuse with Eviolite.

Venonat-Venomoth: Venonat goes from 1.0 m and 30.0 kg to 1.5 m and 12.5 kg. It has 145 BST gap and evolves at Level 31.

Venonat's stats are comparable to a mid-evo, but its BST is 305, too low to justify a pre-evo. However, I wouldn't mind one, as it would allow Venonat to appear in the first forest.

Venomoth's BST is low enough to justify an evo, but that doesn't make sense much in terms of biology. But I would like to see it regardless.

The stats do not change much from Venonat to Venomoth, but since Venomoth has Shed Shell like most cocoon butterflies and moths, I would like to see a cocoon mid-evo.

Note: A part 2 might happen later. But I think I talked enough for now.
